Is yet another blowout enough to get Ron Rivera fired?

i think there are a lot of fans that think this is a good idea for some reason, and that's why I said that because he shouldn't be fired till the end of the season regardless I'm pretty sure it's never worked out for the betterment of the team outside making some irrational fans feel better.

I personally would love to see Jim Harbaugh hired, but I doubt he will land here honestly.

I think you really need somebody has a killer attitude not only On defense but also on offense and I think Jim Harbaugh will bring that. I wouldn't give a damn who he pissed off as long he wins.

Impatience.

I still believe if Harbaugh is anywhere other than SF next year, it'll be the University of Michigan.

All coaches hit a coaching wall. I feel Rivera hit his. He has no answers. You watch him on the sidelines, listen to his press conference you can see and hear no answers. What you see now is a Ron Rivera football team. Just average. 4 years is definitely enough time to judge over. Some coaches dont even last 2 years. I was never really a fan, so maybe I'm bias, but as I said then our next head coach needs to be more than just an OC or DC. We need experience on defense and offense and ST would be a boost too. Somebody who knows what's going on on both sides of the ball. 8 failed interviews raises an eyebrow. I posted John Harbaugh firing Cameron article to show people a HC who felt the team offense and starting quarterback hit a wall with each other and it was time to make a move. Ron doesn't demand more from a winning perspective. He'll wait until its officially over to do something

How you can be a fan of a school you never attended is beyond me. I call this, "The Wal-Mart Effect" maybe that should've been my thesis in explaining this.

Being a fan just because you went to a school is stupid, which is why that's the order of things. I call that, "The Roman Conformity."

Conformists will conform.

When in Rome, do as the Romans do.

In your view, someone who grows up a Duke fan (God help them) must attend Duke in order to remain a Duke fan. If they decide they want to be an engineer and they go to NC State because it has one of the top engineering programs, they must cease being a Duke fan and root for the Pack. Again, that's stupid.

Three National Championships in a row, against whatever competition you like because it was comparable to what they had, trumps anything UNC football has ever done sir. I actually went to ECU but grew up in Boone. What was that score the past two years?

First you question how anyone can cheer for a school they never attended and then you're pumping up App St after admitting you went to ECU? Am I missing something here?

Why is UNC even being discussed in a thread about RR getting fired?

Oh...and sweet originality on the "Wal-Mart Effect". Sounds like you're just as guilty of plagiarism as UNC athletes.

The Wal-Mart Effect is a real thing man. And I do have educational ties to App through the music program and athletics.

And the reason this came about was my extreme disappointment in the way the Panthers played last night. Sadly, most of us knew what Gross retiring and Hardy being out would mean. It's just more painful to watch than I anticipated.
