One thing is certain,Rivera,Shula and the coaching staff do not understand this systen,or lack thereof,that much is very obvious. 

 

I hope Richardson runs Rivera and Shula's sorry rear ends out of town at the end of December. I feel Shula will be gone at seasons end but my big fear is that ultra conservative Rivera with his 1970's approach and ideas will still be retained.
