Manziel has the worst work ethic of any QB in the league. He's gonna get killed. This isn't college. He can't just run around and improvise. It will get him seriously injured.

Last week he was sitting courtside at a Cavs game instead of studying film and preparing to possibly start. Going back to high school and college he has never studied the game or watched film. He doesn't prepare. His college coaches couldn't yell at him because he would mentally shut down if criticized. Last year he went to 30% of offseason workouts, & quit attending them altogether midway through the season.

I think part of it is he is just along for the ride. He's soaking up the fame & spotlight. I also think he's bought into his own legend. He thinks he's so great he doesn't have to practice or prepare. He believes his own hype.

It won't work. The SEC is the best conference in college, but it's still night & day from the NFL. He can't just use his athleticism to outrun guys anymore. He's not playing against defenses with 1-3 pro prospects. He's playing against 11 grown men who can, & will, light his ass up.

Do you know who else was a gifted athlete who had poor habits & wouldn't watch film & study the game? RG3. Look at him now. His body is getting destroyed & he can't even get on the field.

Thomas Davis will break that little troll. Don't forget that TD was drafted here strictly to use as a spy on Mike Vick. TD is older now, but he's still quicker than Johnny Football & he can still lay the hammer down.

End well. This will not.

Pretty much this. Manziel is being forced on the coach by the front office. They drafted him, fans want to see him and so the coach has to play him. This guy is a total bust and Cincinnati is gonna be pissed after their loss to pittsburgh on Sunday. Prayers for Johnny.
