Am I the only one that thinks the Nate Chandler to OT should be put to death?

The whole PFf having Chandler rated higher than Bell is why...I don't care about PFf stat breakdown. .. Bell got beat by better technical players and speed rushers. ..

Chandler straight up got manhandled and thrown around. . I don't see how thet rate Chandler higher than Bell when he would get completely obliterate. ..

Chandler needed strength development and technique.  He was terrible and weaker (legs) than he needed to be to play RT, where the players are usually 325 or so.

 

I would keep working him at T for depth purposes, but keep him (since we just gave him an extension) on as a utility OL who can backup 3-4 OL spots.

I just wonder what Jackie Slater would say now.  Over last summer, he was the one touting that, "There's no doubt in my mind he's a top left tackle."

I'd bring chandler back in as a DT without a doubt.

Why? If he was any good at DT, he wouldn't have been switched to OL.

He's a good back up and can be a goal line run blocker

I think he's a good back up especially at guard. Two years ago when he started at guard he did a nice job and held his own

Chandler is not better at any position. At guard he graded out negative in every single game he played we can get better depth than chandler. Good rosters have solid starters at evey position great roster has solid starters and solid back ups. Bad rosters have chandler as a back up.

All of these 'experiments' of chandler at tackle bell at LT bersin/Philly as PR need to be laid to rest.

Let's get people through FA and the draft that play their actual positions.

If bell or chandler is starting next year we are in serious trouble.
