11 year wedding Anniversary-Da fug?

On a more serious note...

Buy a deck of cards... Type up and print out 52 reasons you love or things you love about your wife... cut out those reasons and glue or tape them to the cards... Punch a hole in one side of every card in the same spot... Run a binder ring through the hole to create a kind of flip book...

I did this for my wife one Xmas and she loved it. It is cheap and easy to do, and shows that you put some meaning and thought behind it. All the reasons don't have to be serious, either... On my wife's set, I had a couple that simply read "Them boobies" or "Booty booty booty booty rockin' everywhere"... It adds a fun element to an otherwise nice thing.

I did something similar for my wife on our 5th. I wrote down 100 things I love about her. While it was an epic success, so much so I can still use it to get out of trouble sometimes, I have no idea how the fug I'm going to top that.

Could always do a single night in a hotel suite picnic, wine/liquor, candles, whatever she likes. Have her bag packed when she gets home from work, blindfold her, and take her.

    • The good thing about replacing a bad player is you really have nothing to lose. If their replacement is bad so what, you didn't get much worse and probably saved money.
    • I came over from the old Panthers Insider site. When Fox Sports bought that platform it slowly just started dying plus the guy who ran that site was dealing with some pretty significant health issues so the whole thing just slowly fell apart. Quite a few of us migrated over here. Not sure how many are still around.  I miss that place. It struck a nice balance of having enough active posters to keep productive conversation flowing but didn't have so much traffic that you end up with a lot of trolling BS. This place is getting there though since we shutdown new registrations but at some point we're going to have to open it back up or we'll watch this place slowly die off too as posters fall off for one reason or another. We just have to figure out a way to filter out the spam bots. It was a never ending battle to ban the spam bots to keep then from overrunning the site. You'd think they'd be a little more strategic. I mean, if you fill a site with nothing but spam people are just going to stop coming so it's not a sustainable model. But nope, every one of them makes dozens of duplicate threads filling up pages upon pages as soon as their account goes live.
    • lol...I don't remember that.  Although recalling what I had for breakfast yesterday is sometimes a challenge.  Hope it was a positive thing.
