I've also read where the event on video is apparently from several seasons ago.  If that was the case.... I cant imagine him getting anything more than a fine... if that.  Although I didn't think Hardy could possibly sit out a whole season for an event that transpired before the new rule was in place.

Well, there was a "rumor" awhile back of some texts that were supposedly Dez that could "out" him for some things.

If it's something from his pre-NFL days, that's gonna be an absolute nightmare for the League.
