If there was any concrete evidence at all, they would've gone forward with the jury trial. They didn't need Holder. Her testimony was their entire case, and that's hardly evidence. The NFL is trying to dig up anything that can justify a suspension so that the public doesn't light the league up again if he gets nothing or gets 2 games. Hardy has no reason to let them see files at all, and it would be fuging retarded of his lawyer to allow that to happen.

Without the victim testifying, these kind of charges almost never get followed through on.

I am saying that I do not think holder is an innocent victim. But, reality is that Hardy is likely guilty of much of it.
