Yea but that's coachable to a certain degree. Game tape trumps combine. I forgot that his numbers were not too attractive but even still he was a red flag mainly due to work ethic and temperament. DGB is red flag because dude was "rumored" to be found with a pound of weed after being found with an ounce allegedly prior. If you add that to the NFL's new stance on domestic violence and his "rumored" stairs incident, it may be safe to say that it will cost him. . On top of that, he may be in great condition but kid is about a year out of football..He is a great talent but I doubt he is going 1st round... he will fall ..how much is still to be determined.

 

That being said..As far as the panthers go...we gotta take a chance at some point ...if he gets to the 5th and we don't at least use a comp pick on him it would be a mistake IMO.

Man deserves another chance, he's impressing and being straight forward in interviews.Sitting out a yr at OU, after thinking he could play right away, probably humbled him a lot.
