better than tampa bay's redesign where they just gave the old logo a fivehead and added LED alarm clock numbers to their uniforms

 

and i agree cleveland's new uniforms do have kind of an NCAA feel to them but i don't think it's bad necessarily

Before I tell you this, remember, it is the off season--

 

My wife is from the Cleveland area, so I watched the Channel 5 unveiling show.  They talked about it for 30 minutes.  At the unveiling, there were about 5000 people in attendance.  Then they cane out in huge orange parkas (9 players) and dropped them, and began to break into body-builder poses for lack of anything else to do.  They loved them. 

 

They better copyright that color scheme.

The white tops with the brown pants seem alright, the rest are pretty bad. But then, there uniforms were pretty ugly already, so not a huge deal imo.

9 variations.  The orange is redder, the brown is blacker.

 

It looks like they can't decide which orange to use. Look at the picture of the back of the Whitner jersey. Between the helmet, number, stripes, and name, it looks like they have 3 or 4 different colors.
