Damn, I feel for everyone involved: the ones who were murdered, the fam of those murdered, even Hernandez. He obviously wasn't all the way there, and was lead astray at some point in his life. Hopefully, he and those involved are able to find some type of peace.

This whole process seems to have moved along fairly quickly. I was expecting this to drag out longer. Not surprised in the least bit by the conviction, though.

got it right? the prosecution in no way proved that Hernandez pulled the trigger.  I'm not saying hes innocent, I just don't think the prosecution proved their case beyond a reasonable doubt.

 

In MA, the prosecutor does not have to prove he actually pulled the trigger.  i'll to find link where I read that b/c I thought that was crazy.
