Props to Stew

the box score wont tell the whole story, but he carried our offense today. Countless times he carried 3 or 4 guys and got those huge 8 yard gains on first down to keep our 2nd and 3rd downs manageable. Watching him run through Chancellor several times was beautiful to see

He is trying soooo hard.  I guess pass blocking and run blocking are not even remotely related.  Maybe Williams return will help.

Any news on his return?  2 more weeks, maybe 3?

He gave us 2nd and 3rd situations instead of the 2nd and 9 we are so accustomed to seeing. Played like a man today.

Yea, he ran REAL hard.  The OL got some push occasionally, but Stewart was dragging fools on most runs.

J stew was the guy who kept us in the game until Cam morphed into a freak.

Stew picked up a lot of tough yards and took care of the football. He doesn't look like the old Stew, but he's still a load to try to bring down.

What I have yet to figure out this season is why Shula won't use Stew more in the passing game. Stewart has been a very adept receiver over the years, and Shula is barely using him in that capacity. It's like Shula is trying to fit Stew inside a box. Let the man catch more than one pass on Sundays.

panthers run game seems to always wait until after the bye to get going, and here's to that ground game getting going. i can see us putting up 200 on the eagles next week

 Stats don't really tell the story of how J-Stew ran today. Those were some hard earned yards and I'm not sure a lot of backs have nearly the day he had, and when it meant the most.

Stewart just kept running Harder as the game went on. I loves it! Our offense fed off it

Stew was very impressive today. Did all the dirty work all afternoon. If he can run like that every week, this team will be very hard to beat. Can't imagine what he would have done rushing against a poor run defense today. I think he is much better in a power scheme when he can just get behind his pads and go. Once he gets up to speed he is a load to drag down.

He ran hard after not starting the 3rd quarter. I think getting him involved in the passing game early would help him start faster. Once he runs somebody over he seems to get comfy
