What is the Cardinals record when they face a team with a strong running game?

What happens when you add a decent defense to that?

1-2

Cardinals face the Rams, Vikings, Seahawks, Packers, and Eagles. The teams that bring a defense and running games that put up more than 120 yards in the game will defeat the Cards. I see 2 to 3 more losses for them, and by the end of the season the weakness in their run defense and running game will be exploited by their opponents.

There is a reason the Panthers ran for 188 yards on their defense in the playoffs.

The Cardinals did not match up well against the Panthers in the playoffs, and they will match up even worse this season. Not to mention their issues with turning the ball over.

I posted this on another thread but do you realize we have beaten 5 teams that are currently in the Playoffs it is started today.  With us beating the entire NFC East (minus the Giants in 2 weeks) This probably won't change.

Houston, Indianapolis, GB, Seattle and Washington.   Say what you will but as of now. These are the cream of the crop.

So Bucky does not believe in the Panthers.  Heath Evans said we are definitely the best and most complete team in the league.

You know what both of these mean?  Absolutely nothing...neither's opinion has anything to do with winning games and making a run at the SB.

the Huddle has lately become a microcosm of today's younger generation....needing constant validation and praise from external sources..worrying about someone dissing or disrespecting you.

enjoy the fact that these guys are proving his little they know and how we keep embarrassing them.  Just like what I have done all year at my office.  Several guys parrot the same things week after week....I just keep giving them that look each Monday morning as they are wrong yet again.  It is an entertaining game I am playing with them.

This! Regardless the offense has been in shutouts before and prevailed, it's just really good gameplaning by the players and staff that we don't enter those type of shootouts.

Bucky Brooks used to be a scout for the Panthers too...and is usually a Panther defender. This reeks of a point/counterpoint type hot take...that just makes ESPN unbearable.

Cam is pretty murderous against the blitz, I hope teams keep blitzing him. He seriously had 5 TDs against the blitz in ONE GAME and people still think they should blitz him?

I'm surprised to be honest. Bucky is a very good analyst and a talent scout. His draft analysis is always on point. He must see something we don't. But eh, every expert has a bad piece they do.

Um...I just watched the rest of this video. The points he makes are actually legit. It's just that comment about doubling Olsen has not been working, because of Cam and his new found ability to spread the ball and make precision throws. He does have a point about not facing an elite offense yet. Closest we've come to that was the Packers, and they didn't have Jordy Nelson. 

 

The Cards are the only threat we have in the NFC. That's a fact. Bucky is right about that. He's wrong about selling though. Carolina is too strong as a team in general to not battle for a win against AZ. Especially at home. If it was on the road, then I'd say it would be more favorable for AZ. 

 

This game will be played. Unless AZ shits the bed. I'm still confident that we'll win though.
