I know our O-line didn't help out, but this guy is hot or cold. Pray to god he is hot during the playoffs because he can go full retard. Why oh why do we get 9 yards and a great run with Fozzy then he sits for half the game, then comes back in to get hurt on a stupid read option play when Charles Godfrey is out there playing safety. Why can't he just let Cam be Cam and  make the adjustment by leaving in an extra blocker? Good lord.

He is getting way to much credit as a o coordinator.

I'll be glad when he's gone.  He probably caused the loss so that dad's record will still stand.

The only thing I can somewhat blame on the coaches is not getting the team ready to play since they clearly weren't.  Having said that, getting mentally ready to play is far more the responsibility of the players than the coaches.  Doesn't really matter what plays are called if the players are just going through the motions.

Just stop.  This is getting tired.  Offenses fug up sometimes.  Player play like poo sometimes.

We were averaging 39 ppg last 5 coming into this game, first time in a while offense lags and we get these threads.

You'd think these people have been watching football for about 1 year.

Seemed like the coaches took this game out of the players hands. Many questionable decisions made by the coaches, and they were clearly in control of this game compared to the rest of the season with the plays being controlled on the field by Cam and Luke.

It had the feel of a preseason game plan.

Looks like the players got a holiday vacation week and the coaches told them they would hold down the calls in the game. Looked like the Panthers from previous seasons when they kept Cam and Luke from controlling the game and changing calls on the field.

The lesson here is to never let McDermott or Shula control the defense and offense on game day. Prepare the players with the game plan, and then hand it over to Luke and Cam during the game. Just give them advice. Do not lead them or tell them to stick to your play calls. They clearly know better than their coaches and it has shown over the years.
