a big what if right here . what if henry falls to 30 do we take a shot at him? history of bama rbs are horrible but he fits our scheme big power runner

The bad Bama history is all Richardson. Ingram has been solid, Yeldon is going to be good.. And Lacy, if he can crap out the teenager he apparently ate, is a solid. Henry doesn't scare me at all.  The most immediate impact we could get at 30 might be RB, followed by OT and CB.. This, IMO is why we need to spend FA$ on a DE first, then figure out the rest in the draft

7. Alfred Morris

2015 team: Washington Redskins

Morris is an interesting player to project. He’ll turn 28 in December, but based on his rookie season four years ago, he’s the type of player that you’d think could be a feature back for more than a few teams. The truth, however, is that he hasn’t really shown himself to be that type of player since his rookie year, with his PFF rushing grade dropping every season since then. Forcing just 15 missed tackles on 213 carries in 2015, he’s the type of player who might see a one year “prove it” type of deal to see if he can recapture that rookie form.

I get kind of a Stephen Davis vibe from Alfred Morris. Supposedly washed up Redskins back, has had some serious success, defiantly has some tread left on the tires, could be had on the cheap. Come on to Charlotte and we will ride you to a Super Bowl.

FWIW, from what I remember fantasy gurus always saying, Alfred Morris was BY FAR at his best when RG3 was playing.  Aka, zone-read, QB threat to run, yada yada.  Cousins didn't allow him the same opportunities. Also is supposedly a high character/quality guy.  I think Morris could come in and at least be a dependable, move the chains guy.

May seem weird, but Morris could be a steal.

This is the type of stuff Dave Gettleman and staff look at.  Guys that will fit our scheme.

They find us guys that may not be super productive at their last stop but have that type of play that will help our unique system.

My thoughts exactly. Anyone we get needs to fit the system. Anyone know if Morris can pass block? Haha!

    • Winning games and be a +500 team are good. But the goal is to win Super Bowl.  Chiefs had Alex Smith, went to playoff twice and still replaced him.   BY as of now: - To many fumbles - Completion in the intermediate range is just far below acceptable - Not enough of a deep throw threat....   The stats you try use is deceiving.  Catchable......  That is an opinion. Show me the completion %. And also, how does BY compare to other QBs using the stats you cited. Oh... ranked at 27

    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
