He's definitely the perfect fit for the NE offense as a RB. The only reason it might not happen is because they already have Dion Lewis and basically no cap space. He'd have to be willing to take near vet minimum and accept a rotational role in the offense which he may be willing to do to chase a ring and prolong his career.

      The people who aren’t doomers have seen progress and are hoping he will continue to progress and become a consistently great quarterback. No one is saying this is the finished product and has played well all year.
