Hes too busy smashing pussy, cashing checks, and living that life.

In other words he has made it further in life before 23 then you will by 83. Dumb or not he must be smarter than you.

Having a better life doesn't necessarily mean he's smarter than anybody. But yeah you're damn right he's doing well for himself.

Good, I love teaching ignorant message board trolls how to stfu.

It wasn't good, I wasn't agreeing at all. I just didn't feel like arguing with your dumb ass.

And when I say okay. It's not because "you got me" or showed me to "shut the fug up" I just really don't feel like arguing with a moron.

Ross Tucker mentioned that he had trouble even knowing where to line up last year, and apparently that wasn't getting fixed well enough or fast enough for the Titans.

Doug Pederson's coaching roots are in an Andy Reid WCO. Not exactly a simple system, and one that requires good route running.

Will be interesting to see how this plays out.

He must be really stupid then.  Not even football smart, yeesh.

Supposedly he was in shape.

The coach had challenged the entire WR corp to come into the 2016 camp in better shape

DGB did.

"Green-Beckham came in at 228 pounds - the lightest he's been since his sophomore year in college"

He is still paying for the one year on the bench and not coming back

DGB wasn't the hardest worker on the team, but anyone saying he was out shape doesn't know a damn thing. I'm not sure how I feel about this trade because as a Titan fan this team has a knack for making dumb ass decisions. Essentially burned the 2nd round pick from 2015 after 1 year. Damn it's hard rooting for this team. Hopefully the lineman they received works out because if he doesn't Jon Robinson can get the hell out. What type of idiot keeps Justin Hunter over DBG?

It's pretty surprising tho because last thing I remember is him being pretty promising last year and him getting back into football shape so he must not be getting what those coaches are dishing out.

On a side note Derrick Henry looks like a stud for them. He's probably gonna destroy our second and third string Saturday.

Titans game is going to be a good test for the front 7, It will be a good test for the D-Line.

Dudes talent and physical attributes are amazing.

Reports are that he is lazy. From a Mizzou fan like myself, this makes me sad for the kid. Thought he was bouncing back from the negative rep he attracted in college.

He won't be the first with God given talent to piss it away.

A lot of talk about the Titan but something to keep in mind on the Eagles end--this means a guy many thought should've been our pick is not impressing in Agholor.  Didn't look ready (at all) last season and is in the same boat again this season.

    • In my opinion Fitterer was probably right about not paying McCaffrey. Now not wanting to "pay RBs" in my opinion isn't something you want to set in stone, to me it all comes down to the individual.
    • Maybe I'm just not understanding, but everywhere that I have read says that signing bonuses go against the cap prorated by as much as five years. The following example uses Andrew Luck's rookie contract as an example. "Take Andrew Luck, the first overall pick in the 2012 NFL draft. Luck signed a four-year contract with the Colts worth $22.1 million and included a $14.5 million signing bonus. Rather than a $14.5 million cap hit in 2012, the Colts spread out his signing bonus over the life of his contract. The hit against the cap would be $3.625 million per year over four years instead of a direct cap hit of $14.5 million directly in 2012. This gave the Colts more leverage and cap flexibility in signing other players." https://www.the33rdteam.com/nfl-signing-bonuses-explained/ I don't know why some of you think that signing bonuses aren't counted against the cap over the length of the contract, but whatever.   "The bonus with a signing is usually the most garish aspect of a rookie contract. Bonus is the immediate cash players receive when they ink a deal. It factors into the cap, but only for the whole contract duration, in terms of salary cap calculations. In the case of Bryce Young’s $24.6 million signing bonus, that’s prorated to approximately $6.15 million per season over a four-year deal. This format allows teams to handle the cap and provides rookies with some short-term fiscal stability, which is important given the high injury risk in this league." https://collegefootballnetwork.com/how-rookie-contracts-work-in-the-nfl/ I understand how signing bonuses can be a useful tool in order to manage the cap, and as one of the article suggests, signing bonuses may become important if you have a tight cap, but the bill is always going to come due. I'm not necessarily referring to you Tuka, but it seems to me that others simply don't want to understand that fact which is why they're reacting to what I'm saying negatively. How odd. In any event, I have a better general understanding of why signing bonuses are used now, and it's generally to fit salaries under the cap. Surely players, whether they be rookies or not, love a signing bonus because they get a good portion of their money up front. This in turn gives them more security and probably amounts to tax benefits as well. I also understand why teams would not want to use signing bonuses, particularly for players or draftees who have a higher probability of being gone before a contract even ends.
