Logically speaking, now that some major media outlets are talking about how much Cam is being targeted by defenses without drawing penalties, you would hope that the league (officials) would have no choice but to start calling some of these egregious hits.  If they continue to let him get hit like they did last night, I can only hope the media outrage about it continues to grow.

As for the team itself doing anything, other than pointing out on game tape what the league has already seen and been made aware of just to let the home office know the team is concerned about this, I could see where it could actually make things worse since they would be seen as a bunch of "crybabies."  It's going to take a bunch of outside noise about this to get anything changed, in my opinion.

It's crazy how ppl say it would not have changed the outcome of the game. B freaking S. The hit the refs say they should have called was at our 40. Due to simple math if you carry the 2, that puts at their 45 with a fresh set of downs. We moved the ball well we could have gotten in to fg range and get three at least. Guess what? That would have won the game at minimum chew up a lot of clock. Get real. We got hosed.

50 yard FG is a 35 yard FG with that penalty....yea didn't affect it already...if you're a biased POS asshole who shouldn't be taken seriously.

Gano shanks 50 yarders but not 35 ones.

Had that thought earlier today. Hits on cam are going to be under a microscope for the rest of the year and he will probably get some favorable calls from here on out.
