The more I think about it the more I would do it for a third as others have said, though not a second. If anything he would help keep Cam safe for next year.

The people saying not to make the trade, were the same people saying not to make a trade when were 1-2, 1-3, 1-4. So now that we are 1-5 we still shouldn't make a trade cause "it's to late, the season is done"

 

The way Gettleman draft I don't care if we trade away our 1st round pick. He would probably waste it on another bench warmer or useless position either way,.

Trading for Haden would make more sense at this point. He would help out right now and be here for a few more years. Thomas would play this year had retire...possibly. He wouldn't come back if he kept playing.

would entertain a 3rd for him, and kick the tires on Haden but only if we plan on keeping these guys for the next 3 seasons, too much shake up in our line up lately, it's messing with the teams chemistry.
