Then what you desire is merely a cosmetic change.

Because nothing changes on offense, defense, or in-game strategic decisions without canning Rivera.

And how do u out fire your OC when he puts up 32 points. Like that's good enough for Patriots so why not the Panthers

Cam has never lost a 4th and short, why did we not go for it..poor coaching

I honestly can not remember a time Cam doesn't get 4th and 1 up the gut.

I can recall him getting tackled for a loss on an outside run, but never up the middle - shotgun or under center.

That's a crap ton of TDs and first downs with no misses. Why would you ever question it?

And, might I add. If Cam for some reason, doesn't convert the 4th and 1. We play defense and if they score we have even more time on the clock, to march back down the field. It's not like we wouldn't have gotten the ball back.

But of course Cam would have got the 4th and 1, everyone but Rivera seems to know it.

This times 100. Plenty of time left to move the ball.

Earlier in the year, i defended him.  Not because he is a good coach, but because great players make a difference in wins and losses, and Gettleman poo the bed with the secondary and OL in the offseason.

That being said, that game illustrated that even with the optimal situations with good enough talent, Rivera will find a way to lose games.  We've seen him mismanage games time and time again, but often it was one or two decisions that often were negated by someething else. But he outright completely lost this game.  And it wasnt one bad decision, it was like 5 of them.

Chasing points early, punting on 4th and 1 with waning momentum to an offense you havent been able to stop, as the guy overseeing defense you allow multiple times to get your LB caught in man coverage with #1 caliber WRs, continuing to blow timeouts on dead balls...  he is just fuging horrible.  Going back to his first or second year here where he called a timeout to allow the Saints to kick a FG before halftime, he has just done poo i have never seen before in 33 years of life on this earth.  I gave him a pass despite his horrible mismanagement of games due to personnel issues, but you couldve given him last years team and an entire all-pro lineuo, and he wouldve found a way to lose that game today.

So, yes, I'm 100% on board with this movement now.  He needs to be fired immediately.  And if Gettleman doesnt get Cam some fuging protection this offseason, his ass needs to be canned too if he doesnt get it already for this atrocity of a season.

I defended him earlier in the year. No more. He is exactly what he was the first 2 years he was here, a mediocre coach who is liked by the players but who cannot motivate or prepare them and cannot make critical adjustments in game.

We are stuck with him for a while but I hope JR pays him out early and sends him packing we will not win a SB with him as HC.
