Honestly, I could still see him going cheap this offseason, and we'd be fine. Dallas has like negative cap for the next offseason, and Church isn't a bad safety. Could get him as a safety valve. Get a decent OT too.

Either hit on Fournette or a safety in the first this draft, then Foreman or a DE/TE in the second, and I'd be satisfied. Get a project OT, and a speedster WR with potential.

I don't know if this helps the Panthers, as it just gives teams with poor cap management room to make signings. If anything this makes the Panthers decisions this year look more foolish.
