Guess who has more YPG than our #1 WR.

89 was caught yelling at his coach the other night that "you better start throwing me the god *%^! ball mother &$^#*(#"

being a pain in the ass and just an okay WR isn't really being political.   Makes him a headache to teammates.

Well he was more than "ok" with us. He was a 1000 yard receiver up until his leg injury. He was our pain in the ass and Gettleman who I still view as an outsider didn't like it. It's cool, my fandom will outlast Gettleman's tenure here. O what a happy day that will be.

When you are a top flight player you can be worth the nonsense.  89 was that.

Now, he is not a top flight player...yet still brings all the same nonsense he did when he was elite.   That is why he got fired here.  We were building up a young offensive core.  I just don't think that is a political move.  It is just reasonable not to keep him around to hinder people and annoy them.

Ravens aren't try to built a new young offense.  Therefore 89 made sense.  You wouldn't put an 89 in Oakland or Tampa or Tenn.....just like he had no place here.

I'm just not in the business of babying millionaires. If I have to move a player for you to thrive, I don't want you. Cam included. 89 is the greatest panther ever and deserved better.

I agree they could of departed in a more respectful way but shipping him off made sense.

Cam thrived with the headache that was 89.  He rewrote the NFL record book at the time.  Point simply is, a headache is a headache.   Headaches got to be worth the aggravation.  89's past doesn't really mean anything in regards to a current season being played.

Just like to clarify that not even half of our own roster are millionaires...36/53 are not...so not even close to half of the league consists of millionaires. So the argument about crybaby millionaires or something something stupid argument that makes no sense...makes no sense.

Arguing that in a team sport leadership and guidance isn't important is....about as dumb as not having back to back winning seasons ever as a sports team.

I think he made in clear in the post he's excluding the Redskins game, where Steve got hurt in the 1st quarter.
