consistency is good, but we're starting to stagnate at all levels. both coordinators should be gone whether its their choice or ours.

we have wilks ready to take over. he can bring a fresh point of view within our system and let some other position coaches either move on with mcdermott or shuffle into different positions.

it's just the circle of life.

But the league now? Coordinators turned head coaches are far more likely to see their dream turned into a nightmare as these franchises routinely chew guys up, and spit them right back out. Some even only one year later.

That's the reality.

And those guys almost always end up back in coordinator roles. Those coaching contracts are guaranteed. They got a bunch of money to get chewed up and spit out. Sign me up for that.
