Dave needs to force Rivera on the issue. Like in Denver Kubiak is gone because he was not going to allow coaching moves. If Rivera does not like it he can retire as well.

Not as an OC.

He had one of those goofy titles like "passing game coordinator" or some such but he was really just the receiver coach. Jeff Davidson was the OC.

McD ain't going nowhere. I imagine he is getting some standard interviews where teams feel the need to log so many as a sign of doing there due diligence. 

In reality, he is coming off one of the worst seasons on his resume (probably worse than the one that got him scapegoated in Philly factoring in talent).....he isn't a hot candidate. His D fell off the map and is the proud owner of the worst pass D in the NFL (what team is going to hire him off this season?)
