Hate to say it, but Falcons will most likely be 1 win from a SB Appearance

Lions ended this season on a losing note and Seahawks haven't been that good. ATL is praying Hawks win and will be waiting because they feel they should have won that 1st game. Unless Wilson has a MVP like performance, they're not beating Atlanta twice and I doubt he does. Giants definitely not with Eli and so that leaves the Packers. Packers got hot late and they have the best chance, but since the SB win they've been to the NFCCG only one time

Regardless its going to come down to Seahawks doing it, unless Lions pull off a miracle winning in the cheating stadium. The Lions blew it this season wow

ATL has beat 1 playoff team in the NFC this year while playing the Jags, Browns, 49ers, and Rams. Those 4 give me games are the difference between playoffs and no playoffs. ATL is going to hit a buzz saw at some point just like we did last year.

They didn't play the Jags or Browns. They basically played the same schedule we did, just like always

    • Kalkbrenner and Sion James received regular contracts and not two ways, so the Hornets have some work to do to cut the roster size down.
    • Gustavsson would be insane. I think we would have to break the bank to afford that move. Which, I don't think is necessarily a bad idea. Ultimately, Freddie isn't likely to be around more than a couple of seasons more. We can all agree that unless they have a fleet of sports psychologists working on Kochetkov, he will never be capable of getting his head on straight enough to compete.
    • I originally hated the Miller deal but with the cap projected to rise nearly $10M next season the Canes struck some pretty good deals between Miller and Ehlers. Most of the team is locked in for the next few years. Nikishin will need an extension probably in the $6M AAV range. And Blake will need one if we don’t move him. Personally I’d move Blake, picks, and any prospect not named Nikishin/Nadeau/Artamonov for McTavish as I don’t see any any of the big time players moving teams next year. Realistically the Hurricanes should just target Gustavsson next year to fix the goal tending issue. But I’m all for moving Blake, picks, and prospects for McTavish this year. Ehlers - Aho - Jarvis Svechnikov - McTavish - Stankoven Martinook - Staal - Carrier Hall - Kotkaniemi - Robinson Jost - Jankowski Slavin - Miller Nikishin - Chatfield Gostisbehere - Walker Reilly Andersen Kochetkov I’d do Blake, Felix-Unger-Sorum, and 27 2nd for McTavish.
