So... What happens if Rivera and Shula are the only ones left?

Wilks and McDermott have head coaching interviews, if both or either hired likely will raid the staff.

Strangely, no interviews for Shula.

I don't see how McDermott gets hired.  Frankly it is strange he got an interview of his season.

but given how whacko the Bills GM was in his presser it sounds like Buffalo could be the biggest mess in the NFL (even bigger than San Fran)

I like McDermott though.  If he gets a HC job I hope it isn't Buffalo or San Fran.  Dead man walking before he starts

It doesn't even matter anymore, I've pretty much realized that the inconsistencies with this team lie with our owner and that NFL logo at midfield. Until we have a culture change we'll never be a consistent winner.

This x100. I've come to accept this and will no longer heavily invest all of my time with it anymore.

You would think with JR's age, he'd be more concerned about winning.

    • The offense is limited due to the midget at QB. 5'10, 180'ish pounds confirmed in a presser by Canales last season after being questioned about the "lack of QB sneak calls" on 1 yard or less situaions. Canales imo overall has gotten the most out of this team all things considered. He inherited Bryce.
    • We need a QB that can do more than Bryce, he LIMITS THE OFFENSE IMMENSELY.
    • This, other than being the BEST, WORST option. So few options out there, you dance with the devil you know essentially is how it feels, but damn its depressing. His floor is low af as we have seen, and there's no ceiling, he's not going to get "much" better, if at all. Front office seems dead set on being "right" about the trade up, but as we have seen these small QBs don't work. Murray's better than Bryce and is out, Tua as well, Wilson capped out after that defense was done, and they had to pay him.
