Cam Newton Surgery A Success - Rehab Begins Next Week

Throughout last season, QB Cam Newton has taken beating upon beating, until it finally boiled over to a throb in his shoulder after San Diego. Cam had a scheduled surgery today on his partially torn rotator cuff. The results of the procedure apparently are great.

He's to a healthy and speedy recovery for Newton. He deserves to have a Superbowl season next year.

It's infuriating when you realize it's the second time in 4 years our franchise QB has had to have surgery due to our FO lining up subpar (at best) cast offs along the OL tasked with protecting him.

OT depth is still a concern, and if we're hinging our season on Oher doing anything, we've learned nothing from these mistakes.

Also, we better not trot Ed f*cking Dickson back out there this season. We need a real TE behind Greg.

YEA, THAT DAMN FRONT OFFICE!  If only they had put some guys on the line, then our QB wouldn't have hurt his throwing shoulder!

That's like saying an MLB front office is the cause of a pitcher getting Tommy John.

I can't ever recall a doctor coming out after a surgery and saying, "Damn, man... I botched the fug outta that one." They're all a success according to the surgeon.

"He didn't make it, R.I.P". Panthers gotta draft a new QB.

    • I will check in with him too pretty frequently. I don’t always agree with him but he has good video presentations and isn’t a total Bryce Stan like some of the other regulars.
    • Yup exactly. Kids in high school, hell even middle school can float passes 20+ yards down field, but there's a big difference in floating something out there or putting some heat on it and delivering an accurate pass.  Bryce cannot do the latter. Full stop. Because of this the amount of field that is available on any given play is shrunken because of his limitations.
    • lol yall are delusional, in demand coaches with options don’t come here and Tepper would never hire someone that is likely not going to want him involved
