Seriously?!? They can run screenings for drugs pretty quickly. I don't see how it can take so long that they can't do a retest on an unclear sample.

but that's not the issue here. the decision making is the issue. he knows this is the few months of his life where he CAN'T smoke, no matter how dumb the rule is. The fact that he can't follow that rule shows a larger problem

  I tried to tell people wasn't just stupid. He's next-level dumb as dirt. This is exactly why I said I wouldn't touch him before the 3rd round. His "security" blanket is gone. Now people are finally seeing the real person. If I'm not mistaken, he now has to start his career in the drug testing program. Will be out of league in a couple years.

Because weed isn't for everyone and should be kept away from people who can't handle it just like any other drug including alcohol.

These athletes are just holding legalization back when their actions just reaffirm ignorant people's notions that weed isn't exactly harmless at least for everyone.

So screaming it's harmless! Legalize it! is also hurting the cause. Realize and address the issues it does seem to give some people and go from there...responsible use by responsible adults rather than it's harmless, give it to everyone mentality.

People. He didn't test positive. His test was diluted. There's a difference. Anything else is conjecture. Not saying I want the kid. I don't know anything about him but his explanation is reasonable and I take it at face value.

Listen, he went nuts at the combine. The only player who did that and now this?

Is this guy being accused of using a whizanator (auto correct had fun with that)? I don't see how it's relevant. Unless you're saying pot heads will use all manner of excuses. And that's fine and worthy of skepticism. But his excuse is also rational. My understanding of why he went ballistic at the combine is that his sickness was going to cost him millions and he reacted poorly. 

Im not even saying I want this guy, but I am saying he didn't test positive. He might not even be a pot head. I don't know. But based on information I've seen, he shouldn't be labeled a pot head until he actually tests positive.

But this is all much ado about nothing because he won't be a Panther. It doesn't matter.

That said, I don't recall any real story about why he went ballistic. Your reason for going ballistic doesn't make sense. He knew he was sick, so why would a medical evaluation cause so much. That said, I remember hearing that Barnett wasn't feeling well at the combine, but I sure don't remember hearing stories about Foster. You'd have thought that would have come out right away when he was a big story.

Oh well, I really don't care about Foster. We won't be drafting him unless he falls a ton. Just love that Onterrio Smith Whizzinator story.
