Could we "double dip" again?

Honestly, if Dalvin Cook were to fall to us, it would be hard to pass up. CAP and Fozzy are easily replaceable and it's a rare thing for your starting RB to go uninjured for an entire season. It's good to have strong depth at the position when you have a gu like Steward who is not going to be here in a couple of years anyway.

Didn't Fozzy just get a new contract?

We've double dipped I think 3 out of Gettlemans 4 drafts.  Since we got McCaffrey I'm thinking Foreman or connor in one of the middle rounds to be a Stewart replacement, the guy to wear the defenses down. I can totally see a double dip this year as early as our comp pick. I just hope Gettleman doesn't go and spend a 6th or 7th on another rb that has next to zero potential again. His rb scouting prior to this year has been abysmal. Foreman or Connor in the 4th and I'm happy.

What's sad is we took a "RB" with a top 10 pick and there is still legit questions about having to Actially choose another one. I thought that was supposed to fill all our needs?

I pied you because I thought you were shaking your head because of the two players that he chose, not because you think it's impossible that G-man might double dip.

If there's one thing I've learned about G-man, anything is possible. He never fails to do something surprising.

    • Carolina Way is gone, it went out the window with the Belichick hiring. They'll hire the best coach they can, ignoring everything else if possible.    Athletic reports that the school's top two targets are Tommy Lloyd and Billy Donovan. They don't care the buyout for a coach either, they and the boosters are willing to spend and will be going outside of the coaching family tree 100%.
    • I don't think it's a homer though when I really feel this team can beat anyone.  The points that can be scored in bunches when the big three are on has high potential.  Moose has effort for days and IMO is the heart of the team.  And didn't see Miles becoming the team "vet" in the starting lineup just roleplaying lol.   We have to limit the turnovers though (Brandon Miller I'm looking at you bud, you are a bad ball handler) and some little things.   Colby off the bench is a cheat code and him and Kaulk have a nice little game going with the picks.    Sion playing every game and just getting better each game.  He has grit.  Grant and Green also grit.  We need replace Tillman with PJ Hall though.  Tillman looks like someone that shouldn't be on an NBA court, or at least with this team, he's just too slow for this tempo.   Even McNeely looked decent tonight and can drive.   If Kaulk and Moose could even be like 30% 3pt shooters man....
