Dinosaur Sauce is damn tasty, especially teh Mojito... Can make your own via this recipe....

A! Chicago Steakhouse is another favorite of mine, love it on grilled pork, tenderloins are fuggin great in this...

=For chicken I like to marinate in a simple & plain mix of Italian dressing & yerllow mustard, sometimes throw in some teriyaki... Fuggin yum....

Beef, I usually dry rub or dry marinate, but constantly baste my steaks with a butter, garlic & beer mix. Just baste immediately after flipping, so the fresh sizzle works the baste.. I frequently flip my steaks, grill marks look cool, but you cant taste grill marks. I cook for flavor, not presentation.....

Hoisin Sauce.

Lea and Perrins Worchestershire Sauce

Gochujang (Korean red chili paste ... bit of fire, lot of taste)

Bearnaise

Ken's Steakhouse Cannonball Barbecue Sauce (not for actual barbecue, but for burgers and meatloafs. Cook Out offers it with their chicken strips, ask for extra and use it on other stuff)

Tabasco (really, this is traditional)

Texas Pete Pepper Sauce (this is the clear bottle full of yellow peppers and vinegar, great on greens and beans, plus it is local)

Pick-a-pepper sauce

Garlic butter

homemade marinara

Looks incredible but I've never had it.

My version is fresh minced garlic, chopped cilantro, a jalapeno pepper, fresh squeezed lime juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.  You can also throw all of it a food processor and make a liquid marinade.  If im feeling it i will add some fresh parsley to it.  Put it on veggies or any meat.  Freaking amazing.

Or go greek with olive oil, fresh garlic, fresh oregano, red wine vinegar and lemon juice. You will rule the grill!!! Add a homemade tzatziki sauce and you're in business.

(Waiting for someone to say "Guy Fieri's Donkey Sauce", just to see the responses)

Along with wearing backward sunglasses and driving a red muscle car across America, Guy Fieri is famous for creating a mysterious substance known as Donkey Sauce. This tangy ooze flows freely throughout his Times Square culinary funhouse, and it can also be found smothering hamburger patties at his casino establishments and cruise ship restaurants around the world.
