The setup at Reedy Creek is really cool, you should try it. There are sensors on the mat at the start which gets the process going. You get a red light, yellow light, then green is go. I had no idea how long the yellow light stayed on for so my start was really bad. Probably a third of a second hesitation right there from not wanting to false start. 

 

Anywho, you all should check it out and do your own 40 times at the play 60 reedy creek setup. It is free to do and super nice. I may go try again.

 

Maybe we should have a huddle contest?

I mused on whether you could have a way to get members to run a 40, do a vertical jump, long jump, three cone drill, etc and post their stats in their profile.

Probably logistically impossible but it's a fun thought.

F the haters Jeremy! Way to represent! It may be slow but I'd be willing to bet 95% of Huddlers couldn't beat that mark.

 

we ran 40s a few months back during the combine using people/stop watches. I ran a 4.86. Good for 3rd fastest of those who participated. 

I also run and work out regularly though, while most people don't
