Yeah there's no excusing Shula. That first half was predictable and terrible. He started off real nice, but then he kept doing said stuff over and over and didn't come up with anything new.

Gettleman has been terrible in the early rounds, and the only talent left on this team besides KK is from the old era

CMC and Samuel will both end up being good picks.  The key will be in firing this useless coaching staff that doesn't make our team better and is unable to adjust if their life depended on it.

I know Shula is a problem and having these two guys should make our offense better. However, I just wasn't a fan of these picks cause I knew Shula wouldn't use them right, and lets be real.. they're both running backs. I wanted one RB, Fournette period. If not him, I wanted Barnett.

I'm starting to blame this on Gettleman and maybe its Shula. Im really confused right now I tell you that

Saint games provide some of the best illustrations of just how bad Mike Shula's play design is.

Payton's play design is genius level. Everything is set up to near perfection.

To beat the Saints offense, you pretty much have to consistently out execute them because you sure as heck aren't gonna out scheme them.
