Do whatever I can to maximize the number of former NFL head-coaches as assistant coaches. This is a consistant theme among teams that are perennial contenders. Those guys were made head coaches because they were so good at OC, DC, etc ex Crennel, Tice, Wade Phillips, Del Rio(now hc again)...

It's documented that Richardson's southern gentleman persona and Polian's New York attitude definitely didn't click. Also pretty well accepted now that Gettleman's "all business" approach rubbed Richardson the wrong way too.

2.) Fire everyone but retain Wilks as defensive coordinator and maybe Skipper and Eric Washington

3.) Sign Sammy Watkins

4.) Sign the Best OT on market

5.) Draft a QB at some point
