NFC South Division still up for grabs

Division is pretty straight forward right now.

New Orleans wins its final three games, they are the champs.

Atlanta wins its final three games, they are the champs.

Carolina likely will need to win out and hope for one more New Orleans loss to win the division.

so if we win on sunday, we're tied, however Saints swept us so they have the tiebreaker.

we'll have the bucs, packers and falcons

saints will have the jets, bucs, and falcons

we'll need them to lose one and we'll need to win out.

I don't see the Saints losing at home to the Falcons

And I sure as hell don't see them losing to the jets or bucs

so ladies and gentleman, we're fuged!

our only shot is the wildcard, and our odds just got worse with the falcons win today.

We win this week and we are in the exact position we were in before the Saints game.  This is great.  We can forget the Saints game ever happened, finish the season on a 4-0 run and open up the playoffs at home.  The dream is alive!

umm no. saints have the tiebreaker against us, so we'll need them to lose one more game.

They're not going to lose to the Falcons again at home, and they're not losing to the bucs or jets.

so we're fuged.

Saints had multiple key injuries tonight.  They'll be lucky if they aren't missing a lot of those key guys next week.  I'm not giving them any victories after tonight.

well then our only hope is ATL going into NO and beating them as they desperately keep their playoff hopes alive.

but if that's the case, say we take care of the vikings, bucs, and packers .... do you think we can go into ATL the final week and come out with a win?

And we lost to the Bears and tried losing to the Jets...we aren't giving us any victories either.

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
