I’m honestly surprised it has taken this long to sell. I was expecting a sale to be done around a week after the season ended.

These guys sound like Peter Angelos of the Baltimore Orioles.  We will be perennial losers.   They will make us competitive enough to tease but nothing more.  These guys will make JR look like Robert Craft in comparison.

No basis for team sales to go even remotely that quickly.

Didn't think we would hear news til after the Superbowl.  Things will pick up between now and end of March.

In the NFL, wins equal dollars, so that might not be a bad thing.

As to the story, I'm kinda hoping this is a "first raindrop". 

You always feel one raindrop before a bunch more.  Maybe this little bit of news about the sale will be the first trickle of a lot more information.
