Richardson group should pay PSL owners

One thing about this sale that hasn't been mentioned. The PSL owners paid for the building of Bank of America.  Richardson's Group is going to get paid by the new owner to buy the stadium.

The Richardson group should send that money to the PSL owners as they actually paid for the stadium to be built.

The money should be divided up by percentage paid in. So if you own lower level seats you get a higher percentage.   When built psl owners paid around 500 million.  They should at least get back that much if not more.

PSL owners didn't pay for the building of the stadium. they paid for first option to buy season tickets. that one step of abstraction is all the legal cover anyone would need to avoid money obligations to PSL owners when the franchise (+ stadium) were sold.

I beg to differ PSLs was advertised as a way to pay for the stadium so that the city could get a team.

    • Yeah, honestly being a long-term backup is at least as much about being a good lockerroom presence and accepting your role as a supporting piece and not being a greasy wheel as much as it does about ability. Backup QB requires a completely different mindset than the starter and some guys just can't make that switch. It doesn't make them bad guys or locker room cancers or anything like that, it just makes them not what you're looking for in a long-term backup. You bring in that type of guy to compete. You don't bring in that type of guy if you're not looking for competition.
    • Im saying its Tar Heel fans who would do that. I root for all Panthers to succeed regardless but college affiliation means zero to me
    • We have some good pieces.  Enough to be competitive week to week.  Coaching seems to be improving but they’ve made it much harder on themselves than needed.  There are very good reasons to be optimistic about the future. However, I don’t trust them yet.  Wins are odd looking and mostly ugly.  Our opponents have to have a bad day for us to hang with them.  A lot of that is because we still haven’t figured out the most important position and will continue until it’s solved. I think Morgan has done a nice job in both the draft and FA so far.  He’s getting better each day he’s in that position. As far as the players listed, I’m pretty much in agreement.  XL and Bryce are not performing the way they should at this point.  I will say XL could see more success in a vertical passing attack to better utilize his speed. And as always, Fug Tepper.
