It was Gettleman who was making it difficult to move  on from Shula. It's why Gettleman was let go and  Shula was let go as soon as possible after Gettleman. Look where Shula landed.

I don't think that was the case at all. Gettleman showed clear frustrations with Shula and the offensive development last offseason after drafting McCaffrey. I distinctly remember him in a presser downplaying the term "evolution" in terms of what to expect out of our offense and it was pretty obvious that he wanted bigger changes than what was coming.

Just look at the evidence. It's clear as a bell. I dont claim it to be fact but a strong possibility based on what's plain to see.

Shula tenure was the Gettleman era. Then he follows Gettleman....weird huh
