They do if there's something more than just that going on behind the scenes.

Marvin is historically butt tight about rookies playing early (yes throw in injuries, not knowing the playbook, buying the hype and not working hard)

hes like clifford of the hornets

i say he needs a fresh restart. I think he has definitely been humbled

Way to give us  and the whole Panthers organization his job description on a public forum. If true, there’s prob not much war room tech guys, which could potentially screw him over if he’s leaking info. I’d prob stop if it’s legit info. But that’s a big if...

Not really. Only time in recent history a team has moved on from a top 10 pick after 1 year is the Browns with Trent Richardson. And they got a 1st for him and they're the Browns... Nobody moves on from a top 10 pick after a year for essentially nothing in return like this thread is suggesting.

why are you guys giving this guy any attention?

he's the same guy who posted about the panthers looking to trade for crabtree.

this thread, like that thread is 100% BS.

Easy answer: Because we really don't have poo else new to talk about.

ESB or Anthony Miller in R3 > trading for John Ross, and I am a huge UW/Ross fan. With Samuel's rookie year, I don't want to speedy guys coming off of injuries.

ESB is a Martavis Bryant clone and Miller is a bit slower than Ross, but a good value.  Ross has had too many injuries, and doesn't bring a 'veteran presence' that is preferred over rookies....in this case, only 1 year apart in draft classes.

In fact, if we're trading a third round pick, then Martavis makes more sense.

I kind of get why people say that, but St. Brown isn't nearly as fast as Bryant, and if people tell the truth, speed is Bryant's biggest allure.

The individuals saying that there is no way the Panthers see this and the Panthers wouldn't waste their time checking a message board for leaked info are completely inaccurate.

Heck, I worked in recruiting for a low level FBS team and a guy got fired for leaking prospects from the recruiting board on a message board.

This board is large enough that the Panthers will consider it just like another form of media (and you know they moniter leaks to the media).

If this is legit, this dude from IT ain't gonna be around much longer.

    • You guys remember when the narrative on here was that Bryce would be chronically injured in the NFL due to his size and Anthony Richardson would be super durable due to his? You remember when the narrative was that Bryce was physically incapable of throwing a ball further than 20 yards in the NFL? You remember “I’ll stop complaining when he throws for more than 200 yards and looks like an NFL quarterback”? You remember when 60 sacks was his fault and not the offensive line, slow WRs, and terrible scheme? Pepperidge Farm remembers. It will always be something for some people. Whatever insanity they come up with will be quickly dropped to move on to the next thing. Bryce could have an MVP Super Bowl winning season and they would complain that we can’t run the tush push with him. It will always be something.
    • For the Panthers fans still low on Bryce and demanding that he be a top-10 QB this upcoming season: What stat(s) will you need to see? Not the vibe you want, but rather what does he need to be top-10 in specifically? Passing yards? Completion percentage? Win-loss record? PFF grades? EPA? CPOE? Asking because this was asked before and... well... it ended up that the folks down on him didn't care about the numbers as much as they cared that they just couldn't get passed his size regardless of how he performed. It would be nice to get a straight-forward answer to that without the usual deflection and redirecting.
