Gotta feel for the rest of the Bucs if this is so. Every year they think they've got something, but every year some let down occurs.

So you don't think Ryan Fitzpatrick can carry them for a few games?

...over the incident with the Uber driver, per a couple different sources.

I might be in the minority on this, but this doesn't register that much with me because I don't think Winston is all that good.

There is a part of me  that wonders if Winston could do better with the right coach/system.

I course, I hope they never find the right coach/system.  Maybe they should trade him to New England as Brady's replacement.  :)

I'm actually going from life experience than complete regurgitation  of hot takes. So my opinion is just as valid as yours. Since I've actually met the man multiple times,  I'm good with that knowledge. You keep on speculating though.

My uncle is one of the most charming and charismatic people you'll ever meet. He can be a character and make anyone feel like family. He volunteered to shovel the driveway of his BIL's parents because they were too old to do it. Real stand up guy in that regard.

He regularly beat my aunt and hid it for years.

Just because you act one way in public doesn't mean you aren't capable of some fuged up stuff when no one is looking.

I agree with this.  Have known quite a few people who could be charming and cruel.  In fact, I have gotten to the point that the more charming a person is, the less I trust them.

But by the same token, the public perception of people can be just as wrong.  I once knew a guy who had a reputation of being an jerk.  He was blunt and tended to say things that would make people mad.  He also did some pretty stupid things in his younger years, when he drank more.  But it turns out that deep down, he was actually one of the kindest and most generous persons I knew.  It took a long time to know that, because he just didn't seem like the kind.

Back in 2010 I was part of a catering crew for a Floyd Mayweather event Vegas, I was expecting it to be the stereotypical Mayweather BS you see on TV, but it was the complete opposite, relaxed reserved, at the conclusion of the meal, Floyd greats the chef shakes hand with the kitchen staff on a great meal, he couldn’t of been more polite, friendly & modest he talked about his upcoming fight spent about 10 min with us then was gone.

We joked after that we were hoping he would come into the kitchen and stuff $$$$ in our pockets, but in reality just having him thank us for the meal was good enough, Very Very rarely at an event like that will anyone even acknowledge your existence you are essentially “The Help”

A few months later I think he was sentenced to jail time for beating his baby momma.

So…….

None of us know Jameis or if these accusations are even true, I feel for him if they are false. Living in the Bay Area and being around SF fans they were ready to lock Rueben Foster up for life based on accusations that turned out to be False.

I don’t know the man but he certainly seems like a terrible person. He beat a rape charge and has basically escaped real punishment for everything he has been accused of. He probably thinks the rules don’t apply him. Sounds like he could run for President!

hes not old enough...

Third man with Jameis Winston and Ronald Darby is now in prison for rape

The Uber incident took place in March of 2016, after Banks had been accused of raping a woman in a Vanderbilt dorm room but before he had gone on trial. Banks would later be convicted and sentenced to 15 years in prison. Winston himself was accused of raping a woman when he played at Florida State, and Winston’s decision to associate with another man who was awaiting trial on a rape charge will fuel questions about Winston’s judgment.

Scruggs said that the NFL tried to interview Banks in prison in the league’s investigation of Winston, but that Banks refused to talk to anyone without his lawyer present, and that the NFL never contacted Scruggs.
