Tepper can't. Fans aren't "contractually obligated" To do or not do anything. They just have to keep from getting caught.

Aside from the statue though, it sounds like BOA is being purged of pretty much anything whatsoever having to do with Jerry Richardson.

This my huddle friends is what OCD looks like.  Some middle aged guy obsessing, speculating and wringing his hands over a grey haired old rich dude that he's had a falling out with.  You'll see him mention JR several more times before this thread finds its way into huddle oblivion.
