 As far as the odds go, it does show that he is a favorite to be fired first but, at +400... it seems to say he’s not highly favorited to be fired at all ...at this point.

Firing McDermott would be dumb. Having a top 5 pick when you have your franchise QB and a potential Defensive cornerstone on your roster is a wet dream.
