Just the plain honest truth

I will give some of you guys credit. You stick by this sh%t storm until the bitter end. Your eyes don't deceive you and the truth has been laid bare. Every year of the same results just beats a man down.

No matter what this team does from this point on and games they pull out their ass, they are not going anywhere besides home come January.

This team has the potential but we have the worst D in like 20 years.

you thought differently, people looked at me cross eyed when I told them in september that this was not a super bowl team, and that just getting to the playoffs would be success for the team this year and if we manage to get a playoff win it would be icing on the cake.

yet I caught flack. now people are just now starting to realize we may have some personnel issues on the team and are freaking out.

I've said it once and I will say it again, you cannot count the success or failure of your team every year based on if they win the super bowl or not. Super Bowls are rare victories.

but with that said I also said that this week could be a weird week for carolina because of the short week. 3 days to get ready for a game and have to travel? was not a good recipe for success.

I still think the Panthers make the Playoffs this year, and I also believe if we get the right match up we may win a game or two even. but we arent winning the division as things stand now and definately not a super bowl contender with this defense. but I'm ok with that, and am ready for a youth movement that will be coming next year.

Thanks.  What are the Powerball numbers this week?

10-6 second round playoff loss

Hmmm depends.

I could see Philly winning their division and I don’t think we can go in there twice in one year and win.

Minnesota’s offense would put on a similar performance against this D as we saw tonight with Pitts.

I’ve always thought we’d lockdown a wild card spot but I’m not so sure we even manage to get to the second round

I’ve been telling y’all that since week 1.

    • I used to think Juan was a Zod alt. Agree he's a great poster.
    • Hawks said nah we good and sent him to the shadow realm aka the Wizards. Cold blooded. I mean they're 2-2 in a series with a young up and coming Knicks team largely through 34 year old CJ McCollum. Even if they ultimately lose the series at least they are there and have something to build on. I think Hornets fans are just beaten down and lack the objectivity to assess the situation. They think we are going to get so much worse if and when we finally change gears. Worse how? We've already been a lottery team for years now. We've already been looking to win our first playoff series in about a quarter century. We already can't get past the play in and in failing to do so we have completely embarrassed ourselves twice looking like we don't even belong. Honestly there is absolutely no excuse for a team like the Magic to be more competitive and successful than us in the playoffs. Absolutely disgusting. But that's just me. I was fuging lit when we got the Hornets back in Charlotte but that is old old news. It's time for these boys to get into a playoff series. Enough is enough. If they can't do it for 2026-27 then they need to make wholesale changes regardless.
    • Not one single pick that is asking me why we drafted a guy in the first place. It was a guy we needed and/or a guy that had certain traits making them stand out. Best of all, I feel everyone we drafted are capable of stepping onto the field this year and have a meaningful role (even Kuwatch on special teams). Obviously, nothing is guaranteed but I'm not seeing any huge flags on guys because they're risky projects or massive overreaches.
