I saw some similar statics for Moore on twitter.  Man, what a good player we have cooking right now!

I'm so disappointed in Funchess.  He looked legit last year, but this year it's been so inconsistent to consistently bad with the occasional great catch.

Maybe he needs to go to NY to play with Shula?

Moore, Samuel, Wright and a free agent WR or another higher-ish draft pick WR and we’re actually set.

Torrey and Funchess hold the entire unit back.

This is the most positive you’ve ever been about this corps.

And I agree.

now we just need to fire that idiot coach and we’ll be good

It’s Moore and Wright really, we need to draft another one. Samuel is incredible but like Byrd he’s fragile.

everyone keeps asking and demanding he play more—- Byrd let everyone see why,..

we need Moore and Wright and Torrey— Keep Samuel healthy by rotating him in.

Draft another or sign another next offseason.

Samuel played running back in the Big 10. hes not fragile. He had a bad injury last year and a freak condition to start this year

We will see.

I want him to succeed as we have too many other holes to fill besides having to get another WR but dems the hard truths.

When he makes it full games with 5-10 targets followed by a full season of such then we will see.

for now, seeing is believing

The Byrd love is simply bc he went to USC and gamecocks fans always overrate their NFL players. He shouldn't be in the team's future plans

Moore and Samuel literally get better every week and all they do is get open and score. I don't know which duo in nfl history to compare them too, they're just both awesome all around

I am a Gamecock fan (Born in Columbia when my father was playing football for them) and I agree with every word.  I am very vocal about Munnerlyn and hoped Byrd would pan out.  Get rid of both.

Although he is 29, Wright has stepped up a lot when compared to the numbers he posted in Minnesota last year.  He could be the veteran influence they need.

About Funchess--on a bargain, maybe.  He is 24, so there is room to grow, but he has not grown much lately.  He is on pace to have an 750-yard, 5 TD season.  Not a #1, barely a #2,

Drop funchess and Smith and pick up a big mid-level WR target with good hands  in FA for jump ball situations.

Moore, Samuel, and Wright are a good combo. I just don't think it would be a bad thing to pick up a big guy who doesn't drop balls to throw in the mix.
