There's a reasonable possbility that 6-10 could land us Ed Oliver

Ed Oliver is a potentially game-changing defensive tackle who could greatly assist with the daunting revitalization project coming up for our defense.

If enough teams win 1-2 more games, our losing out will help move us into the top 10 and maybe as high as sixth. I've never, ever rooted for us to lose in the past. I want to win however possible, whenever possible. That said, winning is no longer possible. So why not enjoy the spoils of being a horrible team again and start looking at which players we can get in the draft?

The way I see it, we're only a:

- backup QB
- WR2
- TE
- LT
- LG
- C
- LDE
- LDT
- RDT
- RDE
- OLB
- NB
- SS
- FS
- K
- HC
- DC
- STC
- DBC
- GM

away from being a good team again

I think he would fit in with our team. He would rather sit out and worry about the draft than play for the guys around him. Lack of heart looks like a Panther trait.

    • Taking only players from the sheet that are realistically available in or after the listed round, I’d like… 1st: DT Caleb Banks (Styles not realistic) 2nd: LB Jacob Rodriguez 3rd: OT Best available from Bowry, Barber, and Casey 4th: CB Daylen Everette 5th: S Jalen Huskey 6th: RB Adam Randall 7th: IOL Best available from Lemieux, Dawkins, Leausa, and Brose   I know nothing about some of the players listed, but it seems like that would be the best way it could fall for now. I’m sure the list of who we meet will change a ton, and there will also be players we don’t meet with to keep quiet. I’d love to pick up Randall in the late rounds.
    • Not what I said. They know within the building why we aren't utilizing TEs more. If the rumors were true that we were seriously pursuing a couple of decent receiving TEs that strongly points toward a lack of quality receiving TEs currently on the roster. Does that mean we consider drafting one at 19? I don't know, but it wouldn't shock me and if we did there's only one guy it would be. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see TE drafting somewhere in the first three rounds.
    • Yeah, I don’t know. Tepper was behind the Bryce selection. Behind firings and hiring over his lack of development.  He doesn’t have to literally tell them their hands are tied for them to know this. It is in the air constantly. The Canales Bryce play calling was even portrayed by more than one person as Canales failing Bryce, instead of Bryce being responsible for his own performance (except when he does well, then it is all him). Now they have an extra coach in, to help the new OC get results from this QB.  The atmosphere is not welcoming to prototypical young QBs that have talent. You get Jake Plummer types or old vets. I think we are stuck.
