Nobody wants the NFC's 6th seed

Vikings are 6-6-1 and just fired their OC.

Panthers are 6-7 and on a five-game skid.

Redskins are 6-7 and have no quarterback.

Eagles are 6-7 and thoroughly mediocre.

Whoever gets that 6th seed is going to be annihilated Wild Card week.

The first two teams get a bye... so that means Rams and Saints, so the other two division winners, the bears are 3, and the Cowboys 4, would play the 5th and 6th teams respectively.. I like our chances against either of those teams again.... Nobody scares me in the playoffs, but then again nobody we've played so far this year scared me either. Nobody beats the Panthers like the Panthers.

We've lost to the Lions, Bucs and Browns... What do you mean no teams scare you?

In each of those games we had a chance to win, and didn't. Games are week to week. You get things corrected, or find the right personnel grouping, and win a few games, you win. Those teams didn't beat us, we didn't make plays. The Steelers beat us. That is about it. No team scares me. Only two things do. 1. Nuclear war. 2. Carnies. Circus folk, nomads you know, small hands, smell like cabbage.

They're going to have a bye. So if you want to have Khalil Mack end Moton and Cams career be my guest.

Never been a negative person but it doesn't seem like a good situation for us, we might as well put his shoulder on the operation table bc after that game he's going to be dam near in a body bag. Cams arm can't win us these games can't hope to loose but I don't want to jeopardize great draft position for a drubbing opening week.

sweetest thing ever would be to knock the Saints out in the first round.

Sweep them so Bears and Rams get the bye and then knock their asses out in the wildcard round would be epic hahahaha

whats funny is that if we actually pull our heads out of our asses we could actually win a game in the playoffs. Trubisky is garbage. The Bears defense is legit but weve put up points against far better in the past with Cam

Yeah and if we were really on our A game I see no reason we couldn't beat the Rams in LA. I think they're really overrated and will falter in the playoffs just like last year.

    • Per Bill Barnwell  Broncos part ways with a CB on the roster bubble Broncos get: 2026 seventh-round pick Panthers get: CB Damarri Mathis The Broncos have a rare problem among NFL teams: too many cornerbacks. ESPN's Jeff Legwold projects they could move on from Mathis, who was very good as a rookie in 2022 before losing his starting job after the defense's slow start in 2023. He played just 27 defensive snaps after Week 6 that season and 80 more across 10 games in 2024. With the Broncos using their 2025 first-round pick on cornerback Jahdae Barron, they could justify moving on from Mathis, who might not be active on game days even if he sticks around. Mathis' best season came with defensive coordinator Ejiro Evero in Denver, and he hasn't been able to reach those same heights since Evero left for Carolina. The Panthers are set with Jaycee Horn, Mike Jackson and nickel corner Chau Smith-Wade as their three starting corners, but Mathis could push the 28-year-old Jackson and serve as Carolina's primary reserve on the outside. Mathis is owed $3.4 million in 2025, so Denver might essentially buy a draft pick by eating some of that cash, similar to what the Commanders did when they sent running back Brian Robinson Jr. to the 49ers.
    • They can get fuged for a 6th and 7th. Doesn't make sense for us for anything less than a 4th and them paying a majority of his salary.
