it may take Cam a full season to get back,.. just like Andrew Luck. Cam was probably rushed back too fast and the surgical shoulder didn’t heal properly,.. that’s my guess.

Nick can caretake for this team—or Case Keenum— I really like either of them.

Nick is the best shot though, he’s available.

 Foles will likely sign for starting QB money. Highly doubt he'd sign anywhere as a backup.

Well right now until Cam comes back we need a starting QB. Fitz or Kap might be reasonable for caretakers.

trading Cam is a 2nd rounder at best with his uncertainty. Once he’s had surgery and looks to return that will change but then why would we trade a HoF quarterback once he’s viable to return?

we have to have a starter for the time being— Fitz, Kap, Foles...that’s a short list.

Whoa, settle down hardcharger!

I wasn't bashing your suggestion. I think Foles would be a great solution if Cam can't come back. 

My point is/was, if you bring in Foles that means you've decided to move on from Newton. You can't invest $50 Million a year in the QB position. I should have been more clear.

Yeah, maybe because there aren't a lot of them. But trading Cam or trying to carry two $20+ million QB's sure as hell aren't solutions. Neither is signing Kaepernick. He sucks.
