This will throw a wrench in the top 10 unless teams fall in love with Drew Lock. I still think Haskins would be the first QB off the board probably to Jax but no one else will probably pull the QB trigger unless someone trades up.

This draft will be 2013 bad for quarterbacks. If Cam isn't ready week one next year, need to have a journeyman ready.

Yeah it's pretty much Haskins and Lock at this point in R1.  Someone will reach for Grier and maybe Kyler Murray.  The rest are 3rd rounders and beyond.

Neither Lock or Grier are remotely close to being worth our 1st and will not be available for our 2nd.

 

And really no one else after is worth our 2nd.

 

The 2020 draft will be stacked at QBs.  May have to wait until then now

Because he is about a Lock as the top QB in this draft

While next years is projected to be a elite group where he'll be the 4th-5th at best

Foles has never produced outside of Philadelphia. He didn't look all that great filling in for Wentz to start the year. I have no explanation for what happens to the man when it gets to November and December, but I wouldn't count on seeing that performance should be sign elsewhere.

He’s a great guy, and his story last year is one of the all time best in sports. That being said, he has never done anything outside of Philly and you’d be a fool to think he can be a franchise QB. Ask the Rams and Chiefs

Every year there is 1 MAYBE 2 QBS worth a high first and every year somehow at lest 5 are taken.

this will be good for us, if we're going to draft a qb i'd rather do it next year

Andrew Luck passed on being the first overall pick one year ( to us ) to be the first overall pick next year. It happens.

The Jags have good talent at most positions so they have fewer needs.  They have a coach and GM on  the hotseat and they have NO QB.  They will be aggressive and move up.  Drew Lock is good and will draw a team like Denver toward the middle of the top 10 to get him before the Giants. If not,  I think Lock will be wearing Giant blue.

Grier will be a wild card--I see his stock improving the closer we get to the draft.  A team like Cincinnati, Denver, Miami could get spooked once Lock goes--Grier is the last of the top QBs.  I doubt he creeps into the top 10. 

This is a terrible year to need a QB.  Hope we are not one of those teams.
