DeAngelo Williams Hating on Cam Newton

Can you just tell us so I don't give them another view? The less support these guys get, the better.

"Dude is going to have hundreds of thousands of views anyways" is the same as saying "it's only 1 vote" at election time.

DeAngelo is the saltiest mother fuger who has ever lived. Anytime you feel the need to preface something with "not being a hater..." just fuging stop right there. You're already admitting your bias. If you just had an honest opinion about something you wouldn't feel the need to offer that preface. You're offering it because you're already defensive about it because you're aware of the bias that went into it.

"He only got MVP once in 9 seasons...." Man, DeAngelo comes off really dumb right there.....

It's crazy to think how many of us were fans of his, but damn if he didn't flip the script after leaving. Same with KB, just straight sodium.

He knows talking about Cam or the Panthers is the only way he can get his name out there. Really no different than any other talking head in the sports media. Honestly the best thing you can do is not give him the energy he seeks. One day he has to let all this go, eventually he will have regrets.

Williams has shown time and time again that he's an idiot.

He went on GMFB a few years back and just looked like a giant douche, and then went on another show later that day/week and tried to Argue that JJ Watt wasn't a Hall of Famer because he had the same stats that Jerome Harrison had in half the time... No I didn't mistype that.

His logic is idiotic and so is he.

From numerous accounts, there was no love lost in the building when we let Deangelo walk all those years ago.

"dont give clicks! dont give clicks!"

dude its going to have hundreds of thousands of views anyway. listen to what Dwill has to say about Cam.

Just an example of a lesser person trying to pull someone else down to make himself feel more important. Dwill is a clown and I couldn't care less about what he or Stephan A thinks.

    • It goes deeper than that for me. When I started watching the Panthers as a kid I fell in love with Mark Fields’ story during that SB run. He wore #58. Then TD wore it and kept the tradition of the being the soul of the Panthers. The next time someone wears #58 I hope brings that same spirit
    • T-Mac is a nickname, Tet is a shortening of Tetairoa. Like you said below... your name is Jonathan, I could see "Jonny" being considered a nickname, but Jon isn't a nickname, it's a shortening of Johnathan, see the difference? And if your mom named you Jonathan for it's biblical significance/meaning, because she was very religious, I think it would be different. T-Mac is Polynesian, so much in their culture has deeper meaning for them, particularly names.  So for his mom to feel this way, I highly doubt it's just because she likes the name Tetairoa and not Tet, it's much more likely than not to be because the name itself has a deeper meaning in their culture.   Particularly as T-Mac himself has often talked about how much his Polynesian heritage means to himself and his family. And no, I'm not saying all this because of how much he's my guy, if he was just "normal american" and his name was Jonathan and he didn't like fans calling him Jon, I'd probably just say tough poo.  It's that he's Polynesian and I know things like names have a much deeper meaning in their culture than they do in ours for the most part. For whatever it's worth, a quick google search.......
