Dear Mr. Tepper

Our franchise QB Cam Newton is breaking down right before our eyes. If we have any hope of him returning to the glory days we must protect the face of the franchise. Watching that preseason game last night and our O line was trash! Cam will not last half a season playing behind that crap. All I ask if for you to be the owner you said you were going to be. Please Mr. Tepper can you fix this O line.

Unlike JR, I believe in you and know you will make a way out of no way. Please get Cam some protection up front. It is sad how the media is now looking at him as a injury prone QB on the decline. We all see it, the O line can't block. All we need is a leader for that group who plays nasty and will not tolerate Cam getting hit every other play. That guy is Trent muthafugin Williams!

Please Mr. Tepper lets make one more move to get this problem solved. This O line needs a leader and a tough guy at that. Trent Williams is the key to our success moving forward. We must protect Cam.

Get Trent Williams and lets win this Super Bowl!

None of those blitz breakdowns was on the O line.  You can't block 7 people with five.  The first sack was due to Manhertz whiffing and the others were Cam's fault for not throwing into the blitz or changing the play or the protections. This is going to happen every week no matter who is on the line if Cam doesn't do his job correctly. Teams are going to blitz Cam because he becomes very undisciplined when he is pressured.

I like your passion, but it's simply not going to happen...

Matsko is going to have to try to work his magic with the group we have... and to be honest, this group was/is supposed to be better than what we have had in years past.

The coaches are going to have to get these guys playing better for us to be successful... like it or not...

Very interesting. I think in 15 I remember seeing a stat showing he was fantastic against the blitz. What do you think has changed since then?

Tell that to Igo -- he was on his bs on twittter earlier lol, like the OL is responsible for blitz pick up when they're out numbered, and it was CLEAR as day Manhertz BLEW HIS ASSIGNMENT on the edge.

    • Rasheed Walker for Kris Jenkins Jr.is what i am actually referring to in that particular post  all those #'s you are referring to are athletic #'s & Monroe Freeling had or has an impressive combination of size & raw athletiscm & it has nothing do with his size or athelticsm that is preventing him from being a day 1 starter in the NFL technique is where he struggled at the NFL combine & not only scouts but analysts alike also viewed him as more of a developmental type of player rather than a day 1 starter  go take a look at Will Campbell transition from the SEC to the NFL another first round LT that was drafted #4 overall by the New England Patriot,s.Will Campbell was a three year starter at  LSU & was thought to be one of if not the very best LT's in the SEC  & compare his SEC carrer to his rookie season in the NFL? just because you played good in the SEC at LT does nescarrily mean you are ready to start at LT in the NFL day 1 & or your rookie season  & one last thing i think you are jumping to conclusion & somehow assuming that i do not like Monroe Freeling ?which could not be further from the truth .what i do not like is the idea starting a player who is not ready ...just saying
