If they, or anyone needs that much to sign Kaep, or any available QB, there’s a problem.  Why sign someone who’s not better than the cheap, young option you have. You don't have a change of heart this deep in. When such a serious issue is even considered, it should've been delt with weeks/months ago. I believe he's been toiling with the thought longer than a week.
