Allen. Let Grier acclimate to the NFL before throwing him to the wolves. I thought I saw some good potential for Grier in preseason but there is no chance he is ready to start right now.

Both because Allen won't live behind this line. I think as Panther's fans we don't really understand the beating our QB has taken because he is exceptionally tough. Allen first because much like Little, Grier isn't ready and it's not close.

If you base on it preseason performance, Allen is the starter and its not even close.  Grier had to many turnovers.  Grier might have more of a future long term, but for the time being, its Allen.

I’d go with Grier just to give him some real game experience and see what we have for the future, he has way more upside than Allen. But doesn’t really matter much to me. We’re not bringing another QB in, there’s absolutely no reason.

Allen's the best option they have on the roster at the moment.  Grier's not ready and there's really not a better option available unless they make a trade.  Even then who the hell do you trade for?  This team needs an enema.

I always thought if our season was over by mid-season / late-season, give Grier some playing time to see where he's at. But right now, no way would I feel comfortable putting him in. Allen if not a FA / Trade.
